We organized a pool party event especially for children. This event is specifically designed for children. It was a day filled with laughter, excitement, and memorable moments by the poolside.

The event took place on 21st April 2024 at Prateek Edifice, and it proved to be a hit with attendees from 6 year to 12 year. From the moment children arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing with anticipation.

To streamline the event, we utilized a scanner code and registration form for attendees to register. Upon arrival, families scanned the code or filled out the form to register for the event.

After registration, each participant received a confirmation message via email or SMS. This message included details of their registration, event schedule, and any additional information they needed to know.

We leveraged the My Gate app to spread awareness about our pool party event. Through the app's community features, we reached out to residents, informing them about the event and encouraging them to join in the fun.

In the days leading up to the event, we engaged our audience with countdown creative. These creative visuals built excitement and anticipation, reminding everyone of the event and encouraging them to mark their calendars.

A highlight of our event was the graffiti wall, where attendees could unleash their creativity and leave their mark. Children alike enjoyed expressing themselves through colorful artwork, creating a vibrant and interactive space.

As part of our event, we also showcased the BMW 3GL, highlighting its features and elegance. The BMW 3GL was displayed prominently, attracting attention from attendees who admired its sleek design and advanced technology.
